WHAT'S NEW:
+ Added a settings menu that persists between sessions

+ Added a setting to change aiming sensitivity
Linux seems to parse mouse movement differently from Windows, making this essential
+ Added a setting to use mouse aiming for the air slash (rather than WASD)
I personally would never use this, but it should smooth the learning curve
+ Added a hints display that does nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever
There's probably something you didn't know in there. Give it a go.
+ Some new sound and particle effects
WHAT'S CHANGED:
- Reworked Flame Skull to react more to getting hit
Possibly the biggest point of feedback was that nobody liked fighting these guys. Poor things, but now they behave "lighter" to give you more agency when fighting them.
- Rebalanced all sound effects, and changed some audio assets
Nothing too drastic. The fan favourite effects remain, but are less grating.
- Tweaked the level end screen to be less visually jarring
I'm surprised nobody called me out on this earlier.
- Uppercut hitbox has been expanded
Beating the "couldn't find a use for it" allegations one step at a time
WHAT'S FIXED:
- Fixed Flame Skull animations
Yes, he was supposed to do that the whole time.
- Fixed a bug that would sometimes stop the player's vertical momentum when jumping against a wall
Don't even ask.
- Probably more stuff I forgot
